Who we are

Kawandy's Pet's Boutique is the trading name of a family-run sole proprietorship based in Texas, United States, selling professional pet grooming products. You can reach us any time at the email address at the bottom of this page.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include everything except shipping and any sales tax, both of which are shown at checkout before you pay.

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable or was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

We ship within the United States only. Delivery times, shipping costs, and the return and refund policy are set out on the Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Using the products

These are grooming and cosmetic products for external use on pets. Follow the directions on the label, keep them away from eyes, and stop using a product if your pet reacts to it. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice; ask a vet about any skin or coat condition.

Accounts and reviews

You are responsible for keeping your account password private. Reviews must describe your own experience with a product you bought; we remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or misleading.

Content

The text, photographs and artwork on this site belong to us or to the brands we stock. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is to replace it or refund what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
