Privacy policy

What we collect

When you place an order, Shopify collects your name, email address, shipping address and payment details on our behalf. We never see your full card number; payment is handled by Shopify Payments and its processors.

When you create an account or leave a review, we store the email address and name you give us, and the reviews you write.

When you email us or use the contact form, we keep the message so we can answer it.

When you browse, Google Analytics records anonymised usage data — pages viewed, products added to the cart, the country you visit from — so we can see which pages work. It does not tell us who you are.

What it is used for

To ship your order, send its confirmation and tracking emails, and handle returns.

To answer your questions and, if you asked for it, send you our newsletter.

To moderate reviews and keep the site working.

Who we share it with

Shopify (checkout, payments and order records), the carrier that delivers your parcel, and Google Analytics (anonymised usage data). Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies

The site keeps your cart and language choice in your browser. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell returning visitors from new ones. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart still works for the current visit.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from any email. Write to the address below and we will do it within 30 days. Order records that the law requires us to keep are the one exception.

Children

The store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
